"Why is it challenging for women to thrive in the workplace?" During the past 50 years, women's status has continued to improve with more women growing into leaders. However, society's expectations of women have also increased, making women in the workplace face dual challenges from both society and their inner selves.

Women Alliance Group would like to invite you to our online #ThriveTogether Talk with Yinuo Li(李一诺) during 13:00-14:30 pm on Friday, July 29 to discuss how women can thrive in the workplace.

In this session, Yinuo Li, Co-Founder of ETU Education, the Former China Director for Bill and Melinda Gates foundation's China Office, author of the book -"Where Does the Power Come From?" will share her personal journey of awakening her inner power and leadership.

We also invited our passionate Male Ally - Guangyu Li, Global Senior Partner from McKinsey, and HR Expert - Licheng Jiang, CHRO from Jones Lang LaSalle Greater China to join a panel with Yinuo. They will share their personal journey of leadership evolution, discuss the challenges professional women are facing, and also provide suggestions for women to break through barriers in work and life in order to unleash their own potential.
